Through development of a new rideshare app, Nuvocar Inc. (Nuvo) provides the latest technology as a transportation network company (TNC) letting riders choose their driver. Nuvo operates in Florida as Nuvocar FL LLC. Nuvo’s app makes it possible for

(1) seniors to schedule a driver they know and trust instead of a random stranger driving them,
(2) parents to schedule rides for their children with drivers who are registered as daycare workers,
(3) all riders to select a driver and car that better meets their service and quality needs, and
(4) drivers to control pricing, trip assignments, service offering, and business focus.
